Fabio and his team are pros. Responded quickly, communicated thoroughly. He did an excellent analysis of the leaking problem, which was not readily apparent in a roof like mine. Clearly he was concerned about doing quality work and about the cost. He showed me pictures of around my chimney where the flashing had deteriorated over the years, and more pictures of completion after the repair was made. I have a very steep roof, so I don't go up there as I am not a goat. He discussed the situation with me and we agreed on a plan of action. He did a very thorough repair. The next time it rained, I still had a leak. He came out again and did further analysis. He examined the existing shingles and found water underneath them. He was able to determine where the leak started (and he showed me the evidence and explained it) and his skilled team replaced the shingles and ice and water underlayment and some replacement of the wood roof decking which had been damaged by water.
So I had two leaks, they repaired them both professionally on time and budget, two flat-rate fees, which I like very much, not time and materials, and no overages. I recommend them highly.
